We are delighted to announce that Laura Bradley, our Sales Negotiator has passed her Propertymark NAEA Level 3 Property Certificate in Property Agency with a distinction. We are very proud of Laura to achieve this after being in the sales team for less than a year and only one year after passing her ARLA Level 3 Property Certificate in November 2023. The Level 3 Property Certificate in Property Agency has 4 units which cover everything from health and safety, legislation, environmental and sustainable issues, property types and construction as well as how to implement legal and best practice principles.

Laura said ‘I am pleased to have recently achieved my MNAEA award in Property Agency. Working towards this qualification was challenging at times, especially as I’m still relatively new to the sales industry. However, with hard work and support from my colleagues, I was able to accomplish it. This qualification has boosted both my confidence and knowledge in my career. I now feel much more comfortable speaking with clients and customers and am better equipped to answer questions I might have struggled with before.’
