As an established and local estate agency we opened our door to a brand-new office in Oswestry Town centre. The doors at 23 Church Street opened for the first time on Monday 13^th January 2025.

Local Managing Partner of Roger Parry and Partners, Richard Corbett, has worked for the firm for over 20 years and clearly feels that now is the right time to expand the firm. Richard said: “I was selective with the location; our location at 23 Church Street is fabulous, we are now in such a prominent position, and it gets so much footfall.’

The expansion marks a significant milestone for our business, which has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional service. The new office reflects our commitment to providing tailored property services that align with the needs of local homeowners and buyers.
