Richard Corbett is delighted to announce that we gained planning consent for 5 houses in Manafon outside of the development boundary.

The site was constrained by potential flooding issues, and the application was complimented on how it was designed to mitigate these issues. The client commented that “Delighted with the service provided by Richard and Roger Parry & Partners, it has been the same for last ten years with the same successful outcomes”.
