Rural Chartered Surveyor

Amy joined our Welshpool office in August 2017 as a full time Graduate Trainee Rural Surveyor, but she first started with the firm in 2015 when she was a placement student. After successfully completing her placement year with us she returned to Harper Adams University for her final year and achieved a BSc Hons 2:1 degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

Amy, who is from Llanbister near Llandrindod Wells, qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2019 .  Her day to day duties include submitting grant and environmental scheme applications, carrying out valuations and property sales.

In her spare time Amy helps out on the family farm and enjoys cycling, walking, travelling and socialising with friends.
