Roger Parry & Partners LLP manage a wide range of planning projects in which we endeavour to involve the public as much as possible. If you live or work in the project locality we want your comments and thoughts so that when an application is submitted it is the best it can be, fully accounting for the observations and concerns of the local community.
We pride ourselves in producing comprehensive and thought through planning applications, however, if we can encourage and intergrate local community input this will improve our clients applications further. We believe local consultation is essential to good town and country planning.
This area of the website is for local residents, parish and community councils, neighbours and any other consultees to browse current proposals and submit comments. We will take your comments to our instructing client and seek to resolve or account for any outstanding issues. Some planning applications will be at pre-application stage whereby details of the proposed development will be published here. Others will have already been submitted to the Local Planning Authority (LPA) and a link to the application documents on the relevant LPA website is provided. If an application has been lodged you can still submit comments to us directly but if you wish to ensure the LPA see your comments you must submit them to the LPA directly.
